Are hydroponic, fogponic, and aeroponic methods of gardening producing ineffective nutritional foods?

As opposed to outside traditional gardening with "real" sunlight and soil.

Is the food unnurturing?
So, no deficiencies in the food whatsoever? Are there tests?

Explain what happens to a plant if it gets TOO much sunlight, water, or nutrients.

Explain why you think naturally available nitorgen is the main limiting nutrient for plants.

What would happen to the terrestrial food web if the plants died?

What would happen to the ocean food web if all the phytoplakton died?
